How does it work?

To participate in the mystery activity, you must click on "Participate" before the draw date
On the day of the selection, users will be chosen from those who have expressed their willingness to participate based on the criteria requested by our client as well as their frequency of activity on the site.
All winners are automatically notified by e-mail and are invited to verify their postal address within 4 days.
Activities are paid for as follows:
   - either by sending (by post or e-mail) passes to the winners, allowing them access to the venue concerned on the day of the visit
   - or by reimbursing the expenses incurred by the winners (after verification of their proof of purchase)
   - the terms and conditions for reimbursement are mentioned on our site, on the detailed activity sheet
5 to 7 days after the mystery activity will send you a short satisfaction/feedback questionnaire about the visit carried out.

The cost of the mystery activity will be covered (thanks to receiving a free voucher or reimbursement of the participation fee), however our site does not cover any travel or accommodation costs related to the activity.
