A mystery shopper is an ordinary, anonymous person, commissioned to test the quality and smooth operation of the commercial services (salespeople, advisers, cashiers, etc.) or information services (reception, after-sales service, etc.) of a company or service (shops, restaurants, leisure activities, accommodation, etc.)

A mystery shopper is a real tester of the purchasing process, customer advice, after-sales service (where applicable), welcome, cleanliness, quality of services offered, etc. The feedback obtained after a mystery shopper visit enables the companies concerned to fine-tune their positioning, sales strategy, management and the quality of their services.

Once you have received confirmation of your registration, you will be able to log in to your Member account and access the list of current mystery activities, as well as online surveys and recruitment questionnaires for focus groups and product tests. As far as mystery shopping is concerned, depending on your profile (if it matches the one we are looking for) and if you are selected, we will contact you to give you details of the mission to be carried out.
